Head of IT Delivery Management

HENSOLDT is setting up a new international IT Delivery Management function to professionalize its historically heterogeneous IT organization through unified governance and steering models across sites. The role owns end-to-end responsibility for building and leading this function, ensuring cross-site service quality and operational stability, and drives strategic transformation and optimization initiatives in coordination with international IT units, business units, and management.
