Project staffing (freelancers): billed by hourly or daily rate, only once the expert is working on the project.
Permanent recruiting: success-based fee (a percentage of gross annual salary), due only on hire.

How fast can I get freelancers?

Standard profiles within a few days, specialist profiles within a few weeks. A start within one week is realistic - depending on market availability.

What about security clearance (Ü2 & co.)?
