3rd Line IT Support Engineer

Rheinmetall Defence UK is transitioning IT services previously outsourced to an external vendor back into its internal IM&T team, while growing its infrastructure at the Telford manufacturing site (RBSL). The role acts as the 3rd-line escalation point for complex technical incidents, manages the local infrastructure including server rooms, and occasionally supports other RDUK sites with rollouts and infrastructure projects.
