Diehl Defence is rolling out network-based telephony (VoIP) across parts of the group at its sites, which requires a new or extended network infrastructure. The role plans, installs and maintains the VoIP systems including the associated security measures, and creates accompanying process descriptions and documentation for IT staff and users.
