Head of IT & Infrastructure Systems Manager

RAM-System GmbH (part of the Diehl Group) operates a hybrid, largely on-premise IT landscape together with an external IT provider and must meet regulatory requirements (CMMC, GDPR, BSI) and security standards (ISO 27001, CMMC Level 2). The role owns IT strategy, governance and architecture, manages the external IT provider through SLA management, and personally steps in hands-on for critical security incidents or infrastructure issues.
