Team Lead Professional Identity & Access Platforms

As part of an ongoing IT transformation, Rheinmetall operates and hardens its company-wide hybrid identity and access platform (Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, ADFS/SSO, Microsoft PKI). The role provides functional leadership of the Identity & Access Platform team, owns the platform's architecture and security strategy, the full certificate lifecycle, and ensures stable, highly available operations including incident and problem management.
