Rheinmetall is professionalizing its enterprise-wide identity governance structures as part of an IT transformation, built on SailPoint (IGA) and CyberArk (PAM). The role provides functional leadership for the IGA/PAM team, governs identity lifecycle processes and role models (RBAC/ABAC), and, as the central interface between business units, security and IT, ensures compliance and audit readiness (segregation of duties).
