IT Manager Service & Governance

Building and continuously developing the Service & Governance function within the Development IT department at Rheinmetall Electronics in Bremen, including establishing a unified IT governance framework and ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, ITIL, GDPR, NIS2, and KRITIS. The role develops and optimizes service and governance processes (incident, change, risk management), leads cross-departmental internal projects, produces management reports and KPIs, and raises employee awareness of governance standards.
