Software Developer AI-based Image Processing

Rheinmetall develops AI-based image processing systems to advance the autonomous operation of unmanned aerial systems, with a focus on real-time detection, identification and tracking of objects and targets. The role develops, trains and optimizes the underlying AI models (e.g. CNNs, Transformer architectures) and integrates them into embedded real-time systems on GPU/SoC platforms such as NVIDIA Jetson, working closely with Flight Controlling and Systems Engineering teams.
