Rheinmetall IT Solutions runs ongoing IT operations for employees across several sites and therefore needs continuous onsite and remote support, including hardware rollouts. The role supports end users on-site and via remote maintenance, installs and relocates workplace hardware, carries out rollout deployments, and documents solutions in the knowledge base.
