Technical Manager for Sighting Systems

Rheinmetall develops advanced sighting systems at its Bremen site to enhance situational awareness and the safety of armed forces within complex large-scale projects. The role holds overall technical responsibility for these projects, steering requirements management, system architecture, specifications, and system integration and verification, while providing technical leadership to the development team. It also coordinates suppliers and subcontractors, owns risk, claim, and quality management, and serves as the key point of contact for customers and partners in an international environment.
