Technical Manager - Autonomous UxV Control

Rheinmetall is developing software-based capabilities for autonomous unmanned systems (UxV) for military use, where artificial intelligence accelerates decision-making and shortens the time between reconnaissance and engagement. The role holds full technical responsibility for Autonomous UxV Control products across the entire product lifecycle, maintains reference architectures and evaluates customer requirements and make-or-buy decisions. The person technically leads interdisciplinary development teams and manages national and international R&D initiatives in the field of autonomous systems.
